Whoever said Sunday was a day of rest is not a woman with a full time job. It's almost Sunday evening and I finally have a chance to sit and "rest" while dinner is cooking. Enjoying the golf and the Olympics (go Michael!!!) and trying to unwind before the whole process starts all over again tomorrow. At least I have the beach with my BFFs to look forward to!
As much as I hate to admit it, WalMart has some cool stuff! When you get it out of WalMart, you'd never know that's where it came from. I got this plate holder today for less than $7. I thought that I would spray paint it black but I sort of like it the rather bronze color it is right now. Will have to sleep on it!
Also finally got a plant for my great find at Marshall's - thought it was a good match !

Who doesn't love cupcakes? I have noticed when I go to a covered dish dinner if I make cupcakes for the kids. The cupcakes are the first thing to go. The adults love them. They eat the so fast the kids have to be quick to get one.
